Well some positive emotions are happy, playful, flirty, etc. mainly just emotions that give you a happy sensation across your body :)
I do not think so because you can have positive emotions and positive thoughts. Therefore like male and female I think they are equals.
Emotions can be expressed in a positive way through open communication, active listening, and empathy. Sharing feelings honestly and respectfully, while also showing understanding and support towards others' emotions, can foster positive emotional expression. Positive outlets such as creative activities, exercise, and mindfulness can also help in processing and managing emotions effectively.
Empathy - enthusiasm- elation - are considered (by me) to be emotions.
Positive emotions include happiness, joy, love, gratitude, contentment, excitement, and pride. Negative emotions include sadness, anger, fear, guilt, shame, jealousy, and anxiety.
Positive emotions
If one is in a state of negative emotions, one must flip over from NEP to PEP, from negative energy that is poison to positive energy that is power. We human beings don't realize that our thoughts come from the mind which is a thought factory. It produces thoughts as per the raw material that we feed it. If we feed it negative emotions, negative thoughts will be produced. If we feed it positive emotions, positive thoughts will be produced. Therefore, we should eliminate thoughts like fear, worry, hate, anger, revenge, jealousy, pessimism and we should choose emotions like love, faith, hope, trust, enthusiasm, courage, confidence, optimism, love and forgiveness. These positive emotions will become raw material to produce positive thoughts. And this will make our life positive.
The ability to cope-up or withstand the emotional change, whether positive or negative, is known as coping with emotions.
The way to control our emotions is by our intellect, our choice. We have to choose emotions - emotion is energy in motion. We can choose positive emotions like love, faith, hope, courage, confidence or we can choose negative emotions like fear, worry, stress, anxiety. It's our choice. Normally, emotions are controlled by our attitude, our response, our behaviour, also, it becomes a habit. But emotions are a choice. Therefore, we can choose a positive attitude or a negative attitude by choosing emotions. The emotions become the raw material for the thought factory, the mind. Therefore, whatever we feed the mind, positive or negative, those emotions will lead to thoughts, feelings and actions. And this is a gift for a human being, we can choose our emotions.
Feelings and emotions can impact learning by influencing motivation, attention, memory, and decision-making. Positive emotions can enhance motivation and engagement, while negative emotions can hinder concentration and memory retention. Emotionally charged experiences can also affect how information is processed and stored in the brain.
