As for peer pressure, you need to learn to accept yourself for who you are, not who you think others want you to be. Being yourself is what makes YOU special, otherwise we would all just be carbon copies of each other.
As for the homework, that is unpleasant, but necessary. If there is someone who is bullying you at school (or anywhere else), then you need to talk to your parents or school counselor about it. They can't help you if they aren't aware of the problem.
Is it possible that what you are feeling is not stress, so much as depression? If so, you should talk to your parents and tell them how you feel so they can take you to the doctor for the help you need. There are many, many treatments for depression, so there is no reason to not get the help you need.
Another thing that helps is talking to someone you trust, or writing your thoughts and feelings in a jounal. Writing them down is a great way of getting your feelings off your chest, and you don't have to worry about what anyone else will think because you can keep your journal as private as you want.
Bullying is definitely a cause of stress to kids, teens and even some adults, but kids and teens have a lot more problems than just bullying: parents can cause stress to kids too, along with: girl/boyfriends, video games, friends, school, teachers, money, gangs, emotional breakdowns/problems, feeling secluded or left out (which can even happen if they are in groups and with friends), sports, and injuries even.
