Your body undergoes SO many changes when you become pregnant. Most of these changes comes from the result of changing hormones. You will notice physical changes such as weight change, many women notice changes in the hair and nails (usually for the good!). Your hormones will cause you to be more emotional. You will notice breast changes such as swollen,tender, color changes, etc. You will notice discharge from your vagina pretty much all throughout your pregnancy.

Many women experience very unusual dream during pregnancy, not just the first trimester. This is because of the high level of hormones raging through your body.
Hormones such as progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) play crucial roles in maintaining pregnancy during the first trimester. A deficiency or imbalance in these hormones can lead to complications such as a miscarriage. Additionally, stress-related hormones like cortisol can also impact pregnancy outcomes by affecting the body's ability to support a developing fetus.
There is no "requirement" to feel sick in the first trimester. In fact, morning sickness for the majority of women calms by the 2nd month as the body adjusts to higher hormones. Other women experience morning sickness off and on throughout the pregnancy.
Pregnancy gets easier on second trimester when it comes to nausea. There would be less nausea if not all gone. However, it doesnt mean that it will be 100% easy on second trimester. There will be a lot of changes in and on your body. Your belly will start to show, your breasts becomes fuller, stretch marks would be starting to form and some other things.
Most of the time, stomach pain and light cramps in the first trimester are completely normal, because your uterus is starting to really stretch out, and your body is getting used to being pregnant. Most first trimester stomach pains and cramps are due to your newly stretching uterus.
