Saline, simply washes the irritants from your nasal passages, thinning mucus, and rinses out some bacteria and virus. Saline should be done daily. Nasal Crom, I'd do 2x daily during allergy season(s) Flonase and other nasal steroids, until your symptoms are alleviated.
