What could be the reason of pain in penis?

You could have pulled a muscle in your groin, you could have hit that part of your body during sports, or you could have a urinary tract infection. You may also have a hernia. There could be any number of reasons why the penis is hurting. From a bang or kick to a urine infection.

Have you had unprotected sexual intercourse with a partner that you do not know their sexual history or health ? If so, you may have caught a sexually transmitted disease or infection. You should go straight away and check it out at a health clinic or with your GP.

Check it out to see if there is any unusual marks, bruising or bleeding, any leaking spots or blisters. These would be obvious reasons for it to hurt. If you cannot see anything obvious and it continues then maybe a visit to the doctor would be advisable. There could be a problem on the inside that needs taking care of.

There are also many reasons for the testicles to hurt. From bangs and kicks to a twisted teste (immediate attention needed). You should be ok after resting from a kick to the testicles which will hurt like mad at first because there is no protection there other than clothing.

Anything more than a kick should be seen by a doctor also. Testes should be checked for any unusual lumps every month which you can do yourself by gently rolling each teste between finger and thumb. If you notice anything out of the ordinary then again consult your doctor.

An ache to the testes can be normal if it disappears after a short time especially in the pubescent age group, because the testes are growing and becoming fertile. Again any pain that does not subside should be consulted with your doctor to be on the safe side.
