well, i have gastritis myself so i can tell you. you get a pain just under where your heart is. and it makes you feel sick sometimes or all the time no matter what you do or eat. fatty or rich foods trigger gastritis. also things with caffeine like coke. so if you think you might have it, you should see a doctor. and maybe ask for tablets called "losec" pronounced low-sec. those tablets help tummy problems like that. i have been on them for a few months now and it doesn't hurt you if you take them for a while. like it does't damage your liver or anything. I'm pretty sure for all people it is 1 tablet a day. that's what i am taking. this doesn't mean you cant have any junk food...just have a little bit and don't over induldge. ask your doctor for more details.
