There are at least 5 stages: On Day 1 the victim develops swelling in the groin and under the armpits called buboes, this would be very painful! Day 2: Vomiting and a painful fever. Day 3: The victim develops blotches all over his/her body. Day 4: the bacteria will attack the nervous system wich will cause spasms or uncontrollable shaking and possibly cause a fit. Day 5: The 5th day is a 50 50 chance if the buboes pop and black puss comes out then you wll live but if not you will die.

1. Exposure: This happens when a person has been in contact, or exposed to, another person who is thought to have or does have TB. The exposed person will have a negative TB skin test, a normal chest x-ray, and no symptoms of the disease yet.
2. Latent TB infection: This happens when a person has the TB bacteria in his/her body, but does not have symptoms of the disease. This person would have a positive skin test, but a normal chest x-ray and no illness.
