definatley possible, but not probable. i never showed up positive on a hpt until 7 weeks with either of my kids, but most women find out at the most a week after a missed period. ask your dr to give you a quantative beta hcg count. it tells exactly how much hcg is in your system and is 100% accurate.
Answer
A blood test is not 100%, I am six weeks pregnant, I can't get a positive on the blood test nor urine test. But an ultrasound was done and sure enough a healthy baby is inside. I had 9 different doctors tell me its all in my mind.. I'm sorry but you know you're body better then them. If you keep feeling pregnant wait till you believe your 6-8 weeks and get an ultrasound done... there is no harm in that!

It could be a 'phantom pregnancy' or the real thing. It's certainly possible to get a negative result and still be pregnant. If you're getting negative self-test results but you're sure you are - go see your doctor and ask him to do a blood test. He'll be able to do a far more accurate test.
The chances of a false negative chlamydia test result with the newest test kits may be as high as 10%. The chances of two false negative results are 1%, and of three are one in one thousand.
