What are the physical effects from teen pregnancy?

For the mother her body goes through everything any pregnant woman goes through but teens have a tendency not to eat properly etc and that can affect them both. Premature birth and low birth weight is more common for teen moms.

They are not very positive. Teenage bodies are not done growing. Even if a woman has been menstruating for many years, the reproductive apparatus is not fully formed until after adolescence. While young bodies may bounce back more quickly from pregnancy, proper growth and development of both the reproductive organs and other parts of the body may be inhibited. In other words, being a pregnant teen can affect your body in many negative ways. It could also have a very negative affect on your baby. It could have mental problems, it could be deformed, it could be premature.. My advice to all teenagers, SAFE SEX SAVES TIME, MONEY, AND FUTURE PROBLEMS.

It's the same whether you are an adult or not. But the risk for complications and c-sections are bigger for a teen. Also the risk of getting postpartum depression since their lives usually changes a lot more.
