smoking can kill you because it has a deadly poison in it called nicotine,nicotine makes your lungs black and weak and smaller than its normal size you can get lung cancer and etc.which is why people that smoke around you has lung cancer

Spirituality is linked to religion. And religion is contrary to vices, specially so harmfull vice like smoking. The mental effect of smoking is the same as the other addictions. The problem is "the day after", or some years after. Instead mental effects you'll have many diseases' effects.
