Only 2 enzymes affect the digestion in stomach: 1. Pepsin 2. Rennin the third one is HCl acid which is required for activation of propepsin or pepsinogen which is the inactive form of pepsin and killing of germs that enter along with the food. Also rennin is present only in young ones and is utilized for breakdown milk protein.in adults, this is achieved by pepsin itself. there are not only 3 but many more enzymes involved in digestion.

if we start from oral cavity,it contains salivary alpha amylase which digest 30% stach present in food.the oesophagus does not produce any enzyme only mucous glands are present here.

bile from gall bladder is a juice and not an enzyme.

small intestine has trypsin,chemotrypsin,intestinal lipase,dipeptidase,carboxypeptidase and many other enzymes.nucleases are also produced in small intestine-DNAse and RNAse.all these enzymes collectively are called succus entericus.
