you get a white nose duh anybody knows that one
Well, yes. Bats in caves and mines during the winter show a fungal growth around their muzzles, hence the nickname. The fungus may also appear on their forearms, ears, and tails. The wings may show signs of dryness, or have actual holes or missing sections from the fungal infection. In later stages, the bats will be very emaciated, having lost most of their stored body fat.
Bats' behaviors may also change dramatically. They may be flying outside during the day in the middle of winter, when they should be hibernating. They may be clustered during the hibernating season in sections of the caves or mines not normally used for winter roostin, especially near the entrance, thus abandoning their normal roost locations. The bats may also not arouse as usual after being disturbed.
White-nose syndrome
The white-nose syndrome is a fungal disease affecting bats, caused by the fungus Pseudogymnoascus destructans. This disease is named for the characteristic white fungal growth on the noses and wings of infected bats. It has led to significant declines in bat populations in North America.
No one knows. However, scientists are working hard trying to find it!
It's a fungal infection but I don't know if the "white stuff" is the fungus itself or dead skin-cells.
A special I just watched on PBS says that it is not spread from bats to humans.

Traits that can be inherited are the eyes, mouth, nose. The genetics is not important "lol" i fit in.
Physical Traits are traits that you see right off. For example, your eye color, hair color, your nose shape etc.
A broad nose
Eye and hair color and ear and nose shapes are examples of genetic traits determined by our DNA. These traits are influenced by a combination of genes from our parents that determine our physical appearance.
