Kidney transplants, followed by liver transplants, are most common.
The two biggest risks are diabetes and heart disease. There are other risks that may not be as readily apparent and one of them would be depression.

There are two kinds of artificial hearts, an implantable temporary and totally implanted permanent artificial hearts. The function of the artificial heart is to pump blood around the body the same way a normal heart does. IMPLANTABLE TEMPORARY-This is only used in patients for a short time during an operation until a real heart is transplanted into the patient. TOTALLY IMPLANTED PERMANENT- This is used in patients for the remainder of their lives due to faulty heart conditions beyond a transplant.

(Just) lung transplants are now quite commonplace. However, heart and lung combination transplants are actually easier to perform for a surgeon. This means that some people will end up with a heart/lung transplant (even though their heart was fine) to enable easy surgery - another patient who just needs a heart generally gets the first patients heart (a domino transplant).
