One of the best exercises for your age are swimming, aerobics, water sports, yoga, and biking. If you do not like any of the exercises mentioned, you can try a non contact sport that you enjoy. I assume you are trying to lose weight? I would suggest that you do brisk walking and dancing. To further promote your exercise your regimen, try eating healthy with lots of fiber rich foods. Do not resort to energy drink, instead, try to drink more water, raw juice, or natural fruit juices.
