Probably nothing. It may depend on where the roach has been. For example if the roach lives in conditions that do not harbor germs harmful to humans you have nothing to be concerned about. However if the roach you ate lives in conditions that are unhygienic you may catch something from it. people eat insect all over the world deliberately without it doing them any harm.
