Begin your day with at least 2 full glasses of water. Drink another 64 ounces minimum per day.

Take Vitamin C daily, maybe 500 mg.

Take good exercise daily for 30 minutes at least.

EAT FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY.

You can try a psillium based fiber supplement like Metamucil powder in a glass of water. Do not use the tablets . . . they can swell up in your throat if you don't get them all the way swallowed.
