Often when we are under stress or chronic stress we develop specific types of behavior that isdebilitating to our health. Some of these behavior are over consumption of food, alcohol, use of cigarettes or chain smoking, use of street drugs, prescription drug abuse, under eating, excessive shopping, and isolation.

These behaviors can lead to minor and serious health issues, debt, and damaged relationships. When stress is not properly managed it can come out in other ways.
