Although there are probably multiple causes for this, in my personal experience it is because of lowered blood pressure. When my blood pressure drops I feel lightheaded and dizzy, and I know that sometimes relaxing at the end of the day (or after a lot of movement) will lower my blood pressure quickly. The best solution I've found is to just lie there for a bit, or sit bent over with my head between my knees, and the feeling will pass. This can be exacerbated by dehydration, so be sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Sudden change in blood pressure.
Dizziness when changing posture from lying down to sitting up can be caused by orthostatic hypotension, where blood pressure drops rapidly upon standing, leading to reduced blood flow to the brain. Other potential causes include vestibular disorders, dehydration, or medication side effects. If this dizziness is frequent or severe, it's important to consult a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
yes and sometimes they lie down mostly at night they lie down at day they sometimes stand up and sleep
This question does not have enough information for a good answer. If you mean why people lie, it is usually to cover up the truth.

Dizziness has a multitude of possible causes, therefore you need to elaborate on your issue. Have you always had dizzy spells or did they just start happening recently? Do they happen when you stand up suddenly, randomly or what?Vertigo causes profound dizziness and disorientation and is caused (I think) predominantly by ear issues; ear infections, sinus infections etc. When you sit or lay down and abruptly stand up, this will cause dizziness in many people as well.Certain med.s like opiates (oxycodone, vicodin, xanax, etc. often prescribed for gen. anxiety and pain) can also cause dizziness
yes they can
because you sweat.
The dizziness and lightheadedness are especially likely when getting up after sitting or lying down. Getting up gradually and holding onto something for support should lessen the problem.
Lie down on the floor and raise your legs up high for a few mins, for example 2mins. When you stop felling dizzy/lightheaded slowly stand up from the floor. If you are still felling dizzy or lightheaded lie down again with legs raised, but for a longer period. If it is a problem that doesn't seem to go away, you must ask someone to call for an ambulance for you or arrange transport to the nearest hospital.
