Nose bleeds are usually caused from nose picking, hot or moist air, or nose-bleeding that is too forceful. To get rid of it, pinch the nose for 10 minutes. You usually get nose bleeds from excessively dry air. Many nose bleeds are caused from nose picking. And sometimes a forceful blowing of the nose may tear a delicate tissue in the back of the nose.
