Ah! That's neuropathy. You are having some problems with the nerves in your foot....OR your leg....OR your back. It's likely this problem will get worse instead of better. Often, losing weight will help, if you are overweight. Do some research on neuropathy. If you have Diabetes, you should seek medical care asap
