Might be an allergic reaction to your deodorant. You might want to try going without deodorant for a few days and treating the ulcer with antibiotic cream to see if it clears on its own (using corn starch will absorb moisture and odors in the meantime). If this does not work, I would highly recommend seeing a physician.
