Running at the mouth
If you have asthma then itll obviously happen. But if you dont then its caused from breathing in through your mouth. When you breathe in through your mouth the air goes unevenly into your lungs. One of your lungs is gonna have more air and that causes your sides to hurt. Heres some advise, if u cant breathe then stop running. :)
