I went to the doctors for the same thing. Its called pityriasis rosea and the spots are oval shaped pink spots on the trunk that don't go past the neckline and generally are patterened in a Christmas tree fanning fashion. The spots don't hurt and usually are preceded by a herald patch (maybe one or two of these spots) before the full virus erupts. The cause is unknown and is not a fungus or bacteria, it is some sort of virus whose origins are unknown and its not contagious. The spots wil clear as quickly as they appeared within 12 weeks. There is only medication if the spots are causing you discomfort. Otherwise just be patient and wait and one morning youll wake up and they will be gone, mine went that way.
When preforming CPR, chest compressions push on the structures in close proximity to the stomach which can cause pressure on the stomach causing the victim to regurgitate the stomach contents. When opening the airway, if not done properly, air can be blown into the stomach. Air pockets in the stomach can cause its contents to be brought up. Regurgitation is a more common occurrence then not.

The position of the heart and stomach are based on their location in the abdomen and chest. The heart is near the center of the chest, while the stomach is on the bottom left of the rib cage. There is no better way to describe the position of these organs.
