You most likely are having issues with first trimester pregnancy FUN! I would call your OB just to be on the safe side because you need your mind at rest. Intercourse can cause spotting too, but remember that brown is old blood. I did this with both of my pregnancies, and so far this one is going well. My son is a healthy four year old. Diarrhea could be caused by changes in you body, but again to be on the safe side, call your doc. I

you should contact your doctor asap to see why is this happening to you or go to the e.r. asap--you shouldn't get those symptoms please go and check yourself Brown discharge is common during early pregnancy. It is old blood and usally harmless. But if your cramping becomes severe, then ring your doctor. If you bleed red blood go to hospital. Take care.
