Soak in a bath tub of warm water and 1 cup of Epsom Salts that can be bought at your drug store. Pour enough boiling water into the cup of Epsom Salts and add to bath water. Lay in the tub for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Do 2 - 3 times a week. This method is also good for sores on the body and sunburns and muscle aches. Epsom Salt is not like table salt and is very soothing. If you still have the rash a week after using Epsom Salts then please see your doctor.
