From the research I have done I have seen different thigns. One that this might be a sign of skin cancer; but really, the only way to know is to ask your doctor! Also, it could simply be that you are lacking a certain Vitamin. It might actually be a silver poisining but it says that this would cause your whole nail to be blue. Are you sure this is not just paint? Other possible causes are Cyanosis but all of these diagnosis are just from research. I am definitely NOT a doctor so I really think you should see your family doctor to see what he says. Please do because you never know what it could be.
