Basically one thing. There is only so much anatomy in that area. When people present with pain in the left lower quadrant it is often caused by diverticuli. Diverticuli is always preceeded by constipation. You should also rule out infection in the area too.
Sensitive to smells is a definite sign of pregnancy. Craps and pains could be pregnancy, but could also be your period. Take a test to be sure.
