Almost anything. The only times I have ever fainted in my life were when I was 28-30 weeks with my first. Once I was standing in warm sun and about 10 days later I was at a lunch party, also very warm. Get your blood pressure checked but it is probably no cause for concern.
Many times dizziness can be caused by an inner ear problem. A doctor would need to look at that. Sometimes it is caused by damage to a part of your brain. See a doctor for that as well. Certain medications can cause also this, as can consuming alcohol. Some other things that can cause this are high or low blood pressure, poor circulation, low oxygen levels, and sinus infection, all of which need to be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. In the meantime, try standing up more slowly, which can help reduce the dizziness. When upright keep focus on one spot. Try not to turn your head when moving.
Most of the time, nose tingling is the result of allergies or the common cold. Sometimes the tingling sensation directly precedes a sneeze, and other times the tingling comes and goes off and on throughout the day. People who experience migraine headaches occasionally complain of nose tingling as well. In more serious cases, nose tingling is a side effect of multiple sclerosis or other health problems relating to nerve damage. If a person experiencing a tingling nose sensation does not have any other symptoms relating to a cold, allergies, or migraine headache, she should probably see her doctor to find out if anything more serious is causing the tingling.
The ratio of the 10 mA current in a muscular contraction to the 1 mA current in a tingling sensation is 10:1. This means that the current experienced during a muscular contraction is 10 times greater than the current experienced during a tingling sensation.

From personal experience, when sick with a cold or flu, I'm most of the time laying down. When I first stand up I mayexperience dizziness. And then it calms down, but other times it doesn't- generally I would not want to stand up for too long when sick.I would say dizziness lasts as long as you are in the build up or peak of your flu, once you start feeling better it should go away.
Verious times of sweating and struggling to breath as much
Yea when I first started taking it my body was not use to it. I often felt dizzy. Also when I started skipping doses (even one pill) I noticed the dizziness became worst, some times I felt like I was going to pass out and other times I would have a hard time walking straight with out bumping in to anything or anyone. I sugesst keeping taking you meds as prescribe and if you are new to the medication give it some time it goes away, if not talk to a doctor.
