There could be a number of things that would cause this, but the fact that it is not painful and is fixed is some cause for alarm, since cancerous lumps are not usually painful and are fixed (they don't move around).
But there are many benign things that could cause this, as well, such as a clogged lymph node, an infection in a lymph gland, a calcification, etc., so there is no cause for panic. I do recommend though, that you have a doctor look at it soon.
see a doctor ASAP
i think if you have a bump on the back of your skull, you are getting a tumor.
Sebaceous Cyst.
I get those a lot. I'm not too sure if what I get is a calcium build-up, but I heard that you get those bumps from using too many products on your hair and face. They go away after about a week. They sort of remind me of an under the skin zit and they hurt. Hope I helped..
It could hurt if you pulled it out hard. But if you wiggle it everyday, it would not hurt then.
well if it hurt bad u should go to the doctors but it doesntn hurt that bad stay in bed till tommorow
See your doctor.
If it doesn't hurt, then there is little to worry about. It most likely is a bump from getting his head hit on something a day or two ago and is healing up. It should diminish and disappear after a while, like several days. If it starts to get painful, or does not go away after a while, you might have it checked by a doctor.
A guinea pig can obviously die if it hits its head. They are like humans, or any other animal. A small bump probably wouldn't hurt, but if it is hard enough it could injure or kill the animal.
A spot of bleeding that stopped on its own and is expected to diminish and disappear.
you have had a fall
It is possible that the bump is a plantar fibroma, a noncancerous growth of fibrous tissue that can sometimes feel like a small bone under the foot. If the bump is not causing pain or interfering with daily activities, it may not require treatment. However, it is important to monitor it and see a healthcare provider if it changes in size or becomes painful.
