AnswerI used to have a very fast metabolism and eat whatever I wanted. Now my metabolism has slowed a bit and I've steadily gained weight (I'm about ten-twelve pounds overweight)but I still feel hungry all the time, like every two hours. I even wake up in the middle of the night hungry. I exercise 20 min a day about 5 times a week, so why am I still hungry if my metabolism isn't using as much, and why am I still gaining??? Help! AnswerBecause people like to eat. AnswerBecause yes, you do have a fast metabloism!
