It matters about your life balalce: Are you eating properly? Exercising enough? Drinking enough water? All these could be the reason you are not feeling very well. Or it could be, if you are a woman, that your menstrual cycle has that effect on you. Mine makes me feel energetic, yet at the same time dizzy and tired. It confuses me, but I know it has to deal with my menstrual cycle because it's right around that time it starts to happen.
