If you have TUMS or any calcium supplement, that should help. If you lay down and read a book or watch a movie or do anything to distract you that should help. If it REALLY hurts for an extended period of time then you should probably go to the doctor - you might have a burst appendix...don't gag yourself! :)

Natural remedies you may have on hand (or may choose to keep on hand) include peppermint tea (available in your grocery store from Celestial Seasonings), sweetened with a bit of honey if necessary. Ginger too is a great solution -- eitehr as Ginger Ale (if made with true ginger), fresh ginger grated or 1/4 - 1/2 tsp dried ginger, steeped in hot water with a touch of honey would also help. More fun would be a few pieces of crystallized (candied) ginger. Ginger is renowned for helping alleviate nausea from morning sickness, motion sickness, and so forth.
