generaly a boil.(very large painful hard to pop pimple) if you cant pop it go to a doctor they will lance it(puncture with heated instrument) for you and squeze it. If that doesnt work go again and ask for antibiotics and deal with the pain till the bump goes away or pops on its own. remember I'm not a doctor but i have a bad acne problem and i get similar bumps alot.
