The ones who transfer oxygen lacking blood from all parts of the body back to the right atrium of the heart, and transfer oxygen rich blood to the left atrium of the heart from the lungs. Unlike the arteries the veins have flaps preventing the blood from going the wrong way. They're also weaker in structure than the veins.
