Use Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence put 7 drops in 16 oz of water and shake, then sip and wait a few minutes and get a little closer to the escalators, take another sip and wait till you are calmer and keep advancing only if you feel comfortable.

if your scared of going on heights , then in a amusement park, go on a ride that is not to high and not to low. next time go on a higher ride. then on the next ride go on the highest one they have. drink cherry coke while doing this. (it makes people hyper. there done.

Many people these days that prefer to keep physically fit prefer taking the stairs and others in malls may take the elevator if one is provided.
