go to the doctor as there are many series problems many of which the source can be hard to tell a first
Well it could range from something not serious, like gas, or it could be a bigger problem. If they go away when you lay on your back then it might just be gas building up in your stomach, which can be really painful. I would advise you to go see your doctor.
Not all chest pains are deadly but, just because they often are, it is best to see a doctor about them ASAP.
That happend to me once ---I woke up from sharp pains in the left side of my chest and every time i moved it got worse and i starting sweating and i had trouble breathing and i was so scared to move. I thought I was having a minor heart attack- --i never went to the docotrs office but i told my cousin --she works in a hospital and she said i had an anixety attack and the best thing to do is take a hot shower or bath and then lay down --take it easy the rest of the day.
You've got a tummy ache!

If in the last three years you have taken more then 30 paracetamols attempting to kill yourself and since have taken 12 on NYE and have been getting stabbing pains in stomach and chest then you shouldn't be worried. It makes no sense to request this information on account of being worried if you are intentionally attempting to commit suicide. Seek mental help through a psychiatrist immediately and on account of the chest and stomach pains go to an emergency room.
I've been having lower back pains lately. It occurred to me that I've been having them since using the electric blanket. Coincidence? Maybe...
dont take it
I also have been having chest problems, to a doctors research the chest pain comes and goes, like your getting stabbed, but the right solution to this question is that under our breasts is a bone which keeps hurting us in the chest, I just prefer not to bend down
