Contact your local law enforcement if it is very serious, but otherwise try to contact someone in charge at the hospital to see if they can get it dealt with. If they don't after two or three times, or if things get worse, then contact the police.

But words that are similar to this word of slang is ride, cased, fry, burn, and roast. ALL THESE WORDS MEAN TO GET TALKED ABOUT VERY BADLY.
