okay so here is what you do: you sit in a position with your legs out i front of you then put one leg over the other. after you do that grab your foot with your hand and start circling it! this should help and keep doing it on both ankles! hope it helped! Love Always Miss. Cheerleader
You can, but you have a better risk of getting injuries. If you feel you are ready then do it. Think about your ankles and if they are properly developed as well as your hips and other parts of your body you need to worry about. You also need to strengthen your ankles so they will be ready for pointe. I advise not to dance on pointe straight away.
