What do you do when your friend is anorexic and won't tell anyone?

I would say in my personal opinion, that you should be there for her, obviously, but also let her know every now and then that she should get help. If it gets very bad, I would suggest telling someone like a trusted adult or a school counselor (this is part of their job!). I hope your friend will get help.

Well being anorexic is very dangerous and unhealthy . The best answer is to tell someone ! Tell her parents or a teacher or an adult that you trust . This is dangerous because your body needs the nutrients to grow healthy and strong .

She may be mad at first that you told someone . But believe me , she will thank you in the end . And don't let her get to you if she is mad at you . If you two are really close friends than you should be by her side 24/7 , helping her through this tough time .

If she thinks shes fat :

Help her excercise more

Help her get on a diet

There are plenty of healthy ways to reduce weight . =)
