There can be several reasons why it may feel like you get a headache during an attack of anxiety or *hysteria*. For example, the anxiety (I don't use the word hysteria) could be a symptom of Migraine prodrome or aura that occurs just before the pain phase of the attack. It could be something else though, and only your doctor is going to be able to tell you what is happening for sure.
