it could mean you have a problem with your diafram located in the middle of your chest between the rib cage, or you could have a ulcer if blood is in the vomit,or if its after you eat it could be your gallbladder ,,gall stones are quite common in women, theirs cholesteol stones or calcium stones,- calcium over build in the body, the cholesterol is common if your weight is above 300 lbs, a very simple ultra sound covered by insurance and medicad should be able to see the problem in the stomach and or chest, my advice as a registered nurse is to see a doctor the chest and stomach is very complicated and alot of organs can be thrown off or suffer from a small problem, all organs have a level of good vibration in the the body if an organ is no good it can throw off the vibration of other organs and cause some serious digestive problems-irritable bowl syndrome, pancretitus, zollinger-ellison syndrome, prayder willie syndrome, chron's disease, graves disease, ect. please see a doctor asap.
If you have pain in your chest that lasts more than a few minutes, you need to seek medical attention. You could be having a heart attack if you are also having the pins and needles sensation with the chest pains.
