You need to take a regular measurement over a week or so to get a clear picture. One reading may not give a clear picture of your health as you may have had it taken after having exerted yourself. However, if your BP is 141/88 on a regular basis, then you need to see your doctor. It is too high and needs to be lowered by a change in diet and exercise. It is not alarmingly high, but it needs to be checked out.
