In the first trimester when you have a miscarriage it's usually due to the embryo/fetus is not viable. It's mother Nature's way of dealing with it. If you mean you want a miscarriage you have to see a doctor for abortion.
It depends where you are in the pregnancy - in the first trimester it may mean the LMP was incorrect and you are 2weeks further or less pregnant than you thought. In the third trimester it can mean you are having a large (or small baby) or it can mean the baby is not getting adequate nutrition and he maybe delivered early to prevent further growth restriction. Check with your doctor for more details.
Oligohydramnios in the first trimester refers to a condition where there is an abnormally low amount of amniotic fluid surrounding the developing fetus. This can indicate potential issues such as fetal kidney problems, urinary tract abnormalities, or placental insufficiency. Early detection is crucial, as it may lead to further investigations and monitoring to ensure the health of both the fetus and the mother. However, isolated cases of oligohydramnios in early pregnancy may resolve on their own as the pregnancy progresses.
A trimester contains the prefix 'tri' as in triangle - and it means 3 or a third. The first trimester of a pregnancy therefore means the first third of the pregnancy and as a pregnancy is 9 months long, it refers to the first 3 months.
Trimester simply is a term that refers to dividing the normal 9 month pregnancy into three 3-month segments. So, the first trimester is the first three months of pregnancy; the second trimester is months 4-6; and the third trimester is the final three months. Hope this helps! Dr. B.

Most of the time, stomach pain and light cramps in the first trimester are completely normal, because your uterus is starting to really stretch out, and your body is getting used to being pregnant. Most first trimester stomach pains and cramps are due to your newly stretching uterus.
I don't know what you mean by "in" months but the first trimester is one of the safest procedures.

Usually this is not possible condition for a fetus
Cramps are common and normal in early pregnancy as well as during miscarriage so both can be correct. Miscarriages during the first trimester is usually due to the fetus not being equipped to grow or survive.
