It sounds like what is called syncope (sin-cop-ee). It can be serious and as simple as not enough electrolytes/dehydration. Low blood pressure and anemia can contribute to it and so can medications. It would be best to bring this to the immediate attention of your physician, since I do not know your history or medical conditions involved. It could be a laundry list of things depending on age, medications, medical history, diet, exercise, obesity....and on. Call your physician and get it looked at right away, please. :)
