Could be a postural problem, especially if you are spending a lot of time sitting at work etc. Speak to a physiotherapist. They can give you exercises and stretches to do that will help. They will also teach you the correct way to sit, stand and walk. It also can be a certain movement you may have done that has resulted in your pain. Perhaps you have strained it. Or if you were in an accident earlier it might explain the pains you are feeling, check with a doctor to make sure everything is ok.
