You could have salmonella in your gut (food poisoning), which is most likely, or you could have a food sensitivity. If this has not happened before, and you have eaten no new foods, lately, then it is not likely to be a food sensitivity.

The symptoms might come from a "stomach" bug", often mistakenly called "the stomach flu."

You could be constipated (not enough water intake, perhaps)

If the pain gets worse, or lasts more than a couple of hours, then see a doctor very soon.
