If the pain is not constant or reoccuring its probably nothing to worry about. However it could be due to an infection in the lungs (viral, bacterial sometimes fungal) It also depends if the pain occurs when you breathe in or when you breathe out. If you are constantly experiencing pain, depending on how bad the pain is, you may want to get to a doctor. If it is an infection your body cant fight off you could be in more serious trouble once the infection becomes worse.

This is a normal part of the muscle-building process, and the soreness is known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It typically occurs 24-48 hours after exercise and is a sign that your muscles are repairing and getting stronger.
