i had the same question a while ago. look up light bladder leakage. it happens to 1/3 women.

someone put it means you are HIV positive. NO i can't even believe Wiki Answers would even let them put that. it means you might just have weak 'pee' muscles. i don't know but i know that you don't have aids. hopfully. and i hope you don't either, down there!

When you cough the diaphragm moves in such a way as to compress the contents of the abdomen. As they are within a fixed volume, pressure rises in the abdomen and to reduce pressure urine can be forced out through the urethra. This can be prevented by exercising pelvic floor muscles which will allow you to voluntarily cut off the exit of the urine when you need to cough.

It sounds like you have stress incontinence. Incontinence a term used for describing a tendency to leak urine is commonly found in elderly people, women and those with brain or spinal injuries. Women especially after childbirth are susceptible to stress incontinence as their pelvic floor muscles may be weakened. You can strenghten the muscle involved by performing pelvic floor exercises.
