I have had it and it isn't as bad as i first thought. It feels like a scratch from a thorn or bramble. The best way is to close your eyes or to look away. You do get a bruise afterwards and the skin feels tough but after a few days it all goes. Sometimes you can get headaches after but the best thing is to have plenty of water and you will feel fine. I also advise to stay as relaxed as possible as if you tense your arm then there is a possibility the needle could enter your muscle further and that will hurt more after, stay relaxed and it wont hurt as much. You could also take a painkiller in result of headache or sickness after but i suggest before you go to bed to take one but only if your in pain and therefore whilst your asleep the painkiller can get rid of the pain. It usually hurts more the second day but rest your arm and you will start to feel better.

5 easy tips;

1.Look away

2.Drink plenty of water

3.Tell a nurse if you feel unwell

4.Take painkiller if the pain is too much

5.Rest your arm

I hope this will help but if it doesn't then the best thing would to contact your local GP good luck !!!
