How are you really supposed to know that ? I mean it's not like people get to look inside >.<
that's not true...your doctor should be able to know that. they have ways of looking all in yours stomach these days using mri for xray images or endoscopy using a microscope that they stick down your throat ( while you are knocked out of course).
